Recommendations before Departure:
Navigation, as pleasant it is, requires a few restraints beyond control.
Before preparing your itinerary, get informed about the distances and the difficulties of navigation inherent to the region you are running through (busy sailing routes, mooring or tourist port…). Indeed, you will not cover the same distance if you are navigating with a sailing boat or with a yacht. Our advisers are there to help you make the right choices.

The follow-up of the weather conditions is also a key factor to make sure the navigation will go smoothly.

Be aware that in case of strong winds or lack of there of, your itinerary will probably be modified.
Which equipment should you take?

Whatever the season is, a raincoat is advisable. In spite of the sun, it is necessary to protect yourself from the wind and the sea spray. For the in-between seasons (spring and fall), we strongly recommend warmer clothes. For smaller boats it is advisable to carry the everything in a supple bag, easy to put away.
